A large selection of the items in Edward Galland Zelinsky’s collection, Musée Mécanique is home to hundreds of antique electronic games, ranging from orchestrions, coin operated pianos, antique slot machines, and animations, down to small bird boxes and Playland’s notorious “Laughing Sal.” This historic “mechanical museum” is located adjacent to Red and White Fleet’s loading docks at Pier 45 in San Francisco. With free admission, this is one of the best amusements in San Francisco and well worth a visit. Have you ever visited before? If so, what’s your favorite item? For more information, visit the museum in person or go online at http://www.museemecaniquesf.com/
