San Francisco Hyatt Hotels Raise A Toast To Generate Donations For Leukemia & Lymphoma Society

In support of the San Francisco Hotel Council’s city-wide Million Dollar Mission to raise money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, four of the Hyatt hotels in the San Francisco Bay Area are shaking up their resources to get their customers and the local community involved to help reach the lofty goal of $1 million in one month. Participating Hyatt hotels include Hyatt Regency San Francisco; Hyatt at Fisherman’s Wharf; Grand Hyatt San Francisco and Hyatt Regency Santa Clara.

Hosting a simultaneous happy hour, entitled “Cocktails for a Cure” at each of the hotels’ bars from Sunday, July 22 to Saturday, July 27, Hyatt is inviting locals and guests alike to come celebrate with discounted libations for which 25% of proceeds will be contributed to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. From 5:00-7:00 p.m. each of the hotels’ bars will feature specialty “Cocktails for a Cure.”

Additionally, each of the hotels will encourage their associates to contribute to this fund-raising effort, which is poised to become one of the City’s most impressive (single industry supported) initiatives. This 30-day city-wide crusade will launch on July 1, 2012 and will bring together a diverse range of thousands of San Francisco’s hoteliers in a “Million Dollar Mission.”
